Yet no release plan has been communicated yet, since VoiceXML 2.1 is supported in Speech Server (2007), which is part of Office Communications Server 2007 R2. At the latest the VoiceXML browser will be released with UCMA 3.0 in wave 14 of OCS (second half of 2010).

If any of you is interested in working with UCMA and VoiceXML 2.1, please drop me an email (marshall@gotspeech.net), and I will forward your interest to Microsoft. If any beta program would be run in the second half of 2009, I will make sure I will let you guys know on GotSpeech.net and this site.”

Once that was done installed this on the server. Next had to use caspol on the local machine to extend full trust to this specific application (a click once xbap app). From here it worked fine. Have brought up the CRM workstation, logged in and using the skills-based routing core API sample routed a call to the agent and got a screen pop of the contact.
